## 1. Executive Result
The five-volume design remains internally coherent and within the NET-003 architecture boundary. All prior blockers remain closed, every warning from the v0.6 re-audit is now remediated, and volatile Docker Desktop implementation details are explicitly revalidated in NET-004 before execution.
The proposal is structurally complete enough to promote its NET-003-authoritative content into a new parent copy. Promotion does not authorize infrastructure work.
## 2. Closed Warnings
Each stable warning identifier was re-tested against the final v0.7 source and rendering.
W-01 CLOSED
### Narrow-screen migration tables are deliberately scrollable
Remediation
The tables receive a screen-only minimum width and an explicit narrow-screen scroll instruction.
Verification
At 390 pixels the wrapper is 346 pixels wide, its content is 954 pixels wide, both left and right fields are readable after horizontal scrolling, and the document itself has no global horizontal overflow.
W-02 CLOSED
### Print pagination no longer strands long cards or table tails
Remediation
Print rules now permit long tree cards and sections to continue naturally while keeping headings and compact controls together.
Verification
The complete print rendition decreased from 13 to 12 pages and every page was inspected. The former isolated Logs row and large section-break gaps are gone; no text, table column, tree, or callout is clipped.
W-03 CLOSED
### Docker Desktop VM-disk relocation has a safe migration gate
Remediation
The migration map now requires discovery of the displayed current path and sizes, recovery artifacts, stopped containers, Docker Desktop’s supported Browse/Apply relocation control, post-move health checks, rollback through the same control or an offline restore, and separately approved deletion.
Authority
Docker’s official Mac FAQ warns not to move the disk image in Finder. The proposal dates the source verification and requires NET-004 to revalidate the installed version before implementation.
W-04 CLOSED
### Every migration action has one normative meaning
Remediation
Keep, Stage, Copy, Classify, Rename, Hold, and Normalize now define prerequisites, execution, verification, acceptance, rollback, and deletion boundaries.
Gate
Every executable NET-004 runbook must also record source, target, owner, size, filesystem, quiesce requirement, permissions, ACLs, extended attributes, symbolic links, copy method, evidence, observation period, rollback source, and deletion approval. Any missing field stops the item.
W-05 CLOSED
### The universal Logs mechanism is deterministic
Remediation
Each application is registered as DIRECT, LINK, or CONSOLE-ONLY in `Logs/README.md`. Directories are used only where supported; fixed application-owned logs use relative symbolic links; stdout-only containers remain Docker-rotated and available through Dozzle.
Failure behavior
Applications retain content and rotation ownership. A broken link raises a health warning and never causes automatic directory creation, copying, or application reconfiguration.
## 3. Future Enhancements
F-02
### Create the NET-004 ownership and permissions matrix
Before implementation, record exact owner, group, mode, ACL treatment, and container identity for every runtime root. The proposal already makes this a migration-gate field, so it does not block architecture promotion.
F-03
### Define runtime-template synchronization
NET-004 should record version, manifest/hash, approval state, and controlled refresh for PlexDB runtime recipe snapshots. This remains an implementation refinement.
## 4. Promotion Decision
**PASS.** Proposal v0.7 may be integrated into a new NET-003 v0.5 created from a copy of governing parent v0.4. Preserve v0.4 and every proposal version unchanged as fallbacks, integrate only NET-003-authoritative architecture, validate the resulting DOCX in Microsoft Word, and update NET-004 path references only after the parent passes validation.
**Authorization boundary.** This PASS authorizes the controlled documentation-promotion step only. It does not authorize directory creation, Docker Desktop relocation, data copying, application cutover, cloud activity, or deletion.
